Exchanges are accepted for same value items. Items being exchanged must be in new condition unaltered and free of damages by customer. Items can be put on hold for a maximum of 3 days. Bundles are accepted. Message us what items you would like and we will create a bundle for you.

Custom orders will take up to 2 weeks to complete depending on the items requested. A proof will be sent before all items are completed. Custom orders are all final sale once approved by customer. Rushed orders are subject to a $5.00 rush fee. Orders up to $50 require a $15 non-refundable deposit. Orders up to $100 require $25 non-refundable deposit.
While we ensure the best of our ability in having your orders shipped to you safely and in time we will not be held responsible should your parcel go missing or arrive late. Always contact us on the event you do not receive your order. We only ship within the U.S.
